The American Respiratory Alliance began making a difference in lung health in 1904.  At that time we were known as the Tuberculosis (TB) League of Pittsburgh and the organization was a world leader in the fight against TB.  Today we are the premier lung health organization in western Pennsylvania dedicated the prevention and control of lung disease through education, training, deirect services, reserach funding and advocacy.
