Hugh Lane Foundation works to improve health outcomes for LGBTQIA+ individuals and people living with HIV by removing systemic barriers to care and addressing the CDC’s social determinants of health.  Hugh’s Kitchen provides free access to nutritious food, pantry staples, hygiene products, and safer sex supplies for community members experiencing food insecurity.
