St. Paul Ame Church

The St. Paul AME Food Pantry came into existence to help battle the growing problem of food insecurity in our community and surrounding communities. Knowing that the Food Insecurity in Allegheny County has grown over the years and the percentage of children that is food insecure has risen to 3 out of 8 children in Allegheny County. Our mission and goal at ST. Paul AME Food Pantry is to battle this Food insecurity to the children and families by providing good wholesome foods to the families to help supplement their needs to provide good meals to their families. Thru several partnerships we have been successful in serving around 150 to 200 families per month all over Allegheny County. our Pantry operates twice a month every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Plus we serve lunch meals to those who come to the Pantry especially the Kids. We also provide kits for the homeless, we go to the streets to serve them with these survival kits and provide them with lunches. With the state of today's economy it is our mission and goal to help as many families as we can. We are here to help.
