The staff and leadership of Chartiers Center, are committed to providing compassionate support to those in need who face behavioral health, co-occurring disorders, or IDD challenges as they transform their lives. Our goal is to provide mental health treatment and connect our consumers to other resources to support their physical health and overall wellness. Chartiers Center staff meet the individual where they are and work with them to identify goals to treatment and improved health.

Committed to maintaining a high level of care for individuals and their families, Chartiers Center's menu of programs is compiled into service lines that provide a holistic continuum of care. With clinics located in Bridgeville, Mckees Rocks and Washington County, our Outpatient team is ready to help improve our client's mental health & well-being using evidence-based treatment strategies. Our Substance Use program uses MAT, IOP and individual therapy to help identify and treat the underlying causes of addiction. Additionally, Chartiers provides Housing Programs utilizing the Housing First philosophy. Employing mobile teams to work with clients in the community, our MPR & Service Coordination teams assist individuals in developing recovery strategies and accessing benefits in an often-complicated set of systems. The Janus program is our new behavior health permanent housing program that wraps support systems around our clients to ensure they are able to maintain their home. We, at Chartiers, work together to help our clients meet their goals and stabilize their mental health for recovery.
