Elizabeth Seton Center

In the tradition of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, and the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill, Elizabeth Seton Center's Mission is to be a magnet center of intergenerational lifelong learning where people of all ages can gather to learn, to change, and to grow in body, mind, and spirit.

Elizabeth Seton Center is a nonprofit organization founded in 1985 that serves Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. Seton Center offers a PA Keystone STAR 4 Child Care Center that serves nearly 200 families in Brookline and surrounding neighborhoods in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. In February of 2023, Seton Center opened a second Child Care location in Whitehall with a capacity for 189 additional children. These two Child Care Centers provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Seton Center's unique Intergenerational Program fosters lifelong learning by brining the children together with local seniors for engaging activities and social enrichment. Elizabeth Seton Center also offers Senior Centers in Brookline & Overbrook, Adult Day Services in Brookline & Greensburg, Music Instruction in Brookline, and an Ombudsman Program for seniors in Westmoreland County.
