Sojourner House and Sojourner House MOMS support mothers and families in recovery by providing housing, treatment, and supportive services that foster long-term stability and healing. Our programs are rooted in trauma-informed care and designed to keep families together as they navigate the path to recovery. We offer a continuum of services-from residential treatment to transitional and permanent supportive housing-ensuring that families have the tools they need at every stage of their journey. Women in our programs often achieve major milestones: securing employment, enrolling in education, and regaining custody of their children.
