Devereux/TCV Community Services

Our Mission: To change lives by unlocking and nurturing human potential for people living with emotional, behavioral or cognitive differences.

Devereux TCV Community Services was founded in 1973 and continues to be one of Allegheny County's most respected nonprofits. Devereux TCV provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs include the TCV Day Academy, a special education school located in Homestead, residential homes throughout Allegheny County, behavioral health services, and student assistance and prevention services (SAP)in local school districts. TCV also administers the Early Head Start program in the eastern communities of Allegheny County.
