Living Ministry Inc.

The mission of Living Ministry is to uncover the hope of Jesus Christ as we pursue and build relationships with the homeless. We believe that hope is best uncovered as people care for one another. Our vision is that, by uncovering this hope, hearts would be transformed and no one would feel homeless. The transformation that occurs through relationship in our ministry begins in the lives of the homeless, spreading to volunteers, neighbors, financial supporters of the ministry, and beyond.

Living Ministry's men's and women's ministries pursue and build relationships with the homeless on the streets, in shelters, and transitioning into housing. As our missionaries build these relationships and care for the homeless, they communicate love, hope, and the knowledge of Christ. The community outreach department educates and empowers the members of the community through activities such as street outreach, homeless simulation, and hosting mission teams.

Valesha, a friend of Living Ministry, was managing her pregnancy on the streets during the harsh conditions of winter. Each day, she traveled long distances on foot with her unborn child to find refuge, food, and warmth. As Living Ministry continued investing in a relationship with Valesha, caring for her and throwing her a baby shower, she expressed extreme gratitude and began to exude hope. Living Ministry safely moved her and her baby into an apartment two weeks before the birth of the child.
