The YMCA has given me more than a membership, it has given me a foundation. The Y has helped us build healthy habits that go beyond physical fitness; it has created a space where wellness means strong bodies, confident minds, and meaningful connections. From family programs to youth activities, we’ve experienced firsthand how a supportive community can nurture resilience, belonging, and joy. The YMCA has strengthened our routines, encouraged us to prioritize our health, and surrounded us with people who genuinely care about our well-being. Professionally, the YMCA has given me something even deeper—a place to give back and a career that truly fills my cup every single day. It has allowed me to turn my passion for service into meaningful work that impacts lives. Being part of an organization that leads with purpose and invests in people has shown me what it means to serve something bigger than myself.
