As a board member of Crisis Center North, I am passionate about the services we provide - lifesaving services to domestic violence survivors, their families, and their animals.  Without these available lifesaving services in the community, victims of domestic violence continue to suffer in silence and believe that they are worthless, powerless, and that no one will believe them. My heart goes out to all survivors - the ones on the road to healing and those who have yet to reach out for help.

This past year has been really tough due to the reduction of the federal VOCA (victims of crimes act) fund by over 700 MILLION dollars. Like many other organizations, Crisis Center North relies on those funds to provide lifesaving services. That reduction decreased CCN's budget by over 20 percent, and we need to find that support elsewhere. 

I am hoping that you will take the time to give what you can this year. Every little bit helps.
