Nate's Fundraiser for the Trade Institute

As many of you who have supported the work through Mosaic in Jeannette know, we consistently sought to walk alongside many in that community who face significant challenges, not least of which are opportunities for training and employment. As we labored to help people move from places of need to development, we often faced barriers that we were not equipped to address, and so struggled as an organization to meet the needs that repeatedly presented themselves. Through my work at TIP, I have witnessed firsthand their ability to navigate these barriers and support students in successfully attaining and keeping longterm, career-level life-sustaining jobs in the trades.

Over the years, I have asked all of you, in one form or another (and multiple times!) to support the work of Mosaic in Jeannette. But when I came to TIP over a year ago, and discovered that they were exploring replicating the tremendous work they are doing here in other communities, I jumped at the opportunity to potentially connect the life-transforming work of TIP with the communities of Westmoreland County in general, and the people we have come to love and be a part of in Jeannette. As that opportunity has become more and more feasible, I am asking you to consider supporting TIP as a way to make TIP's presence in Jeannette a reality.
