The goal is to fund 50 YMCA Teaching Kitchen sessions that teach families how to prepare simple, healthy meals. These hands-on classes promote wellness, confidence, and nutrition education. This effort is close to my heart. As someone who has walked through health challenges and supported children with unique dietary needs, I understand the impact of accessible, practical food education. A $25 donation covers the full cost of one class, including the student’s participation and cooking supplies. Every gift helps provide tools that empower families to cook well and live well.
