Fundraiser Story
Hey all!
I’m Patrick, and I moved to Pittsburgh from the big city of Clarion, where the YMCA played a huge role in my childhood and community. Now, I’m proud to be part of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, which impacts even more lives across so many neighborhoods.
My mom runs a Head Start program back home, offering free services to kids in need—and that inspired me to join the YMCA and support families here in Pittsburgh.
I’m aiming to raise $1,000 during the Critical Needs Alert, enough to provide a full month of free child care for a local family.
I’m doing this for kids like my adorable nephew, who deserve great care and amazing memories through organizations like the Y.
If you can, please consider donating. Every dollar helps!
Thank you!

About the Organization
The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh works side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. We know that lasting personal and social change comes about when we all work together. That's why, at the Y, strengthening the community is our cause.
