I am so excited to be part of Livestrong at the YMCA launching at Spencer this fall! Livestrong at the YMCA is a 12 week, small-group wellness program designed specifically for adult cancer survivors. Led by certified YMCA coaches, it helps participants rebuild strength, stamina, and confidence - physically and emotionally - during or after treatment. The program is offered free of charge, but costs approximately $750 per person to provide.
