The mission of Healthy Start is to improve maternal and child health and to reduce poor birth outcomes and infant mortality in Allegheny County.

They offer a variety of FREE supports and services to the entire family, including: Basic Needs Support, Baby Supplies,  Breastfeeding support, Doula Services, Engaging fathers in their families, In-home case management, and Health Education.
