That’s why we’re participating in Critical Needs Alert Day, and we need your help. Every day, the Sampson Family YMCA opens its doors to hundreds of neighbors who rely on us for more than just a gym. Through financial assistance, we help over 400 individuals and family's access: Swim lessons that teach lifesaving skills Childcare programs that provide a safe, nurturing environment Youth sports and wellness activities that build confidence and lifelong habits Health programs that create opportunities for transformation One of the most powerful examples of your support at work is our LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Survivorship Program. This life-changing initiative helps survivors regain strength, connect with others, and find hope after diagnosis.
