WIN-Spirations, Inc.

Our purpose is to reduce poverty and build gender equity by providing networking, professional mentoring, and education to individuals experiencing economic hardship. We do this by removing employment barriers, job training, and support in finding sustainable employment. We work with individuals that face economic hardship, have mental health/IDD diagnosis, SUDS/Recovery, homeless or at risk of homelessness. We do this by supporting individuals in either of our offices or being mobile in the community. Our two locations include: WIN Resource Center, 228 W. 7th Av., Tarentum, PA 15084 & WIN Workforce Development Center, 29 W. 2nd Street, Greensburg, PA 15601.

WIN-Spirations Receives Prestigious Trailblazer Award for Innovative Workforce Development and Community Impact,  Power of Work Awards 2025 hosted by Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania. 

The Trailblazer Award recognizes individuals and organizations who have “blazed a trail” in their field or community—pursuing systemic change in volunteer and workforce development, creating equitable opportunities for those with disabilities, those who are justice-involved, and those facing other barriers.
