At WIN-Spirations, our mission is to reduce poverty and promote equity by providing workforce development, education, mentorship, and supportive services to individuals facing significant barriers to employment and economic stability.

We serve individuals experiencing economic hardship, including those living with mental health diagnoses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, individuals in recovery, and those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Through personalized support, job training, barrier removal, and employment services, we help participants gain the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve long-term self-sufficiency.

Our services are delivered through our two community-based locations and through mobile outreach efforts that bring technology, education, and workforce resources directly into neighborhoods, recovery programs, shelters, and partner agencies throughout Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.

WIN Resource Center

Located in Tarentum, the WIN Resource Center provides professional clothing, technology access, educational opportunities, mentorship, and supportive services in a welcoming environment. For many individuals, a professional outfit, a computer, or access to guidance and encouragement can be the first step toward meaningful employment and a brighter future.

WIN Workforce Development Program

Located in Greensburg, the WIN Workforce Development Center helps individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment through job readiness training, resume development, interview preparation, digital literacy education, career coaching, and individualized case management. Participants also have access to supportive services that help address barriers such as transportation, food insecurity, and access to basic necessities.

Mobile Technology Labs & Community Outreach

Technology should never be a barrier to opportunity. Through WIN's Mobile Labs and community outreach initiatives, we bring laptops, internet access, digital literacy training, and workforce services directly to individuals who may otherwise lack access to these critical resources.
